Does it ever feel like a lot? Balancing all aspects of your life- work, family, friends, bills, and trying to have a social life? Add in school, part time jobs, kids, or pets to the mix; we are extremely busy human beings! It's so important to remember to pause every now and again- whether to meditate, take a nap, read a book, journal, or whatever release you need.
I find it difficult myself at times myself- working full time, writing blogs, posting on social media, planning and hosting events, plus trying to maintain a health social life- and I just started classes at UCF last month. The most important thing in my life is my planner- it helps me remember important dates and schedule a balance between all of my activities. I also always make a point to meditate, do yoga, or go for a run every single day for my mental health. What tricks work for you?
